eStatement Sign Up Information

Going paperless is quick and easy! Follow the steps below to sign up for eStatements through Online Banking or the Mobile App. Once you're signed in, look for the eStatement project to display or go to User Settings (online) or the More menu (mobile), Offer and Agreements, click on the eStatement Activation link to get started.

Click the Sign up button to start the eStatement activation process. You may also choose Remind Me Later to be prompted again later, or No Thanks to decline. Once you click Sign Up, you'll be guided through the following steps. They can be completed in any order, but all steps must be finished to complete enrollment.

Step 1: Agreement

Review the eStatements Terms and Conditions, then click the I agree button to accept and complete the first step.

Step 2: View PDF

To confirm you're able to view PDF statements, click the View PDF button. A sample PDF will open containing a code. Enter that code into the Enter PDF Code Below field to continue.

Step 3: Validate Email

Enter your email address or phone number to receive a verification code. Check your inbox or text on your phone and enter the code into the online form to confirm your email. If using email, this email address will become your primary email address on file for Online Banking.

Step 4: Choose Your Accounts

Select which accounts you'd like to receive eStatements for by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each account.

Once all steps are complete, you're all set! Your future statements will be accessible from your our online banking site or mobile app delivered electronically instead of by mail. You will receive notificaiton by email or SMS when new statements are available. If you'd like to stop receiving eStatements at any time, you can unsubscribe within our Online Banking site.
